Greenway Electrical Ltd. successfully delivered the complete electrical design and installation for the new Booths store in Milnthorpe. This project required adherence to strict BREEAM standards, ensuring that all work met the highest environmental and sustainability guidelines. Working in close collaboration with mechanical and refrigeration consultants, Greenway Electrical Ltd. played a key role in ensuring the store’s efficient and sustainable operation.
The project encompassed the full scope of electrical services, beginning with detailed CAD drawings that outlined every aspect of the electrical systems within the store. These designs formed the foundation for the comprehensive lighting scheme, which was created to maximise energy efficiency while providing a comfortable and inviting shopping environment. The energy optimisation systems installed further supported Booths’ commitment to reducing energy consumption and minimising the environmental impact of the store.
As part of the installation, Greenway Electrical Ltd. implemented a structured data installation, ensuring that the store’s communications and IT infrastructure could support the latest technologies and operational demands. Power distribution systems were installed to guarantee reliable, efficient power supply to all areas of the store, while exterior lighting for the car park was also integrated into the project. This included modern, energy-efficient lighting that enhances both safety and visibility for customers and staff. To ensure the highest standards of safety and performance, extensive tests were carried out on all systems, followed by certification of the entire electrical installation. This rigorous testing process confirmed that all systems met both regulatory requirements and the expectations of the client.
